2. Identify survey procedures that describe how F684 requirements are reviewed for compliance during the annual survey process

3. Identify examples of how F684 is commonly cited in the long-term care survey process

4. Identify tools for the leadership team to use for monitoring compliance with F684 requirements

5. Explain strategies for incorporating survey preparedness related to F684 into facility QAPI processes

The Kentucky Association of Health Care Facilities is an approved provider of continuing education by the Kentucky Board of Nursing, #5-0002.  To receive the 1.00 contact hours, you must complete the entire program. Certificates may be printed once the program evaluation is submitted. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing and emailed to [email protected] or faxed to 502-425-3431. Cancellations by phone will not be accepted. Cancellations received no later than January  will receive a full refund. Cancellations received between December 28  to January 3 will receive a refund of 1/2. Registrants who do not attend or who do not complete the full seminar will not receive a refund unless prior written notice is given to the KAHCF office.
