Dusty
Linn is an LCSW with a Masters in Social Work and works as a Social,
Activity, Dementia Consultant & Educator for Dusty Linn Consulting,
Inc. She has worked in Long Term Care for almost 20 years. She teaches
an Activity Director Course and Social Service Director course in the
state of Arkansas. She presents regularly to Health Care Associations
across the nation on the topics of Dementia care, Activity programming
and Social Service Concerns. She is a Certified Dementia Practitioner,
an Instructor for the Positive Approach to Brain Change, Certified
Validation Worker, and is an Activity Consultant – Board Certified.

Nonmember: $110 per person
Continuing Education
The
Kentucky Association of Health Care Facilities is an approved provider
of continuing education by the Kentucky Board of Nursing, #5-0002. To
receive the 1.15 contact hours, you must complete the entire program.
Certificates may be printed once the program evaluation is submitted. Disclaimer

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made in writing and emailed to [email protected] or faxed to 502-425-3431. Cancellations
by phone will not be accepted. Cancellations received no later than
June 16 will receive a full refund. Cancellations received between June 16 to June 24 will receive a refund of 1/2. Registrants who
do not attend or who do not complete the full seminar will not receive a
refund unless prior written notice is given to the KAHCF office.
