KAHCF Webinar:COVID& Trauma Associated in Health Care Worker

KAHCF Webinar:COVID& Trauma Associated in Health Care Worker
So much of our time in addressing COVID has been on focusing on infection control and the well-being of our loved ones, as it should be.  But, often we forget the potential impact on Care Partners of dealing with the daily stress of taking care of their loved one who either have a positive diagnosis of COVID or working towards prevention of positive diagnosis of COVID.  Care Partners face uncertain times but “the show must go on”.  How do we support this increase in stress while ensuring our loved one’s safety and the safety of ourselves?  How do we even begin to understand the impact on Care Partners in this uncertain time?  This session will begin to look at this from a trauma perspective and provide simplistic interventions for our brave Care Partners as we all navigate these difficult circumstances.

September 30th Webinar begins at  2:00 PM - 3:00 PM (est)
